WeaverLEAD is a 70-hour leadership coach training program designed in alignment with the International Coaching Federation’s (ICF’s) core competencies. Developed and led by experienced coaching professionals, Weaver’s curriculum combines practical research, real-world case studies and hands-on learning to prepare participants to coach others effectively.
Through a series of in-person sessions, collaborative exercises and self-guided assignments, participants receive practical tools to support leaders at every level, helping drive clarity, accountability and growth across teams and organizations.
Our Program Includes:
- In-person cohort sessions led by certified coaches
- Interactive group activities and real-time coaching feedback
- Performance evaluations
- Ongoing learning through curated readings, podcasts and practice
