Michael Mischloney

Michael Mischloney, CPA, is an accomplished audit partner with over a decade of experience in public accounting and leads Weaver’s assurance Technology Industry practice. With a robust background in auditing both publicly traded and private equity-backed companies, Michael excels in applying PCAOB and AICPA auditing standards to ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting. His proficiency extends to preparing financial statements in accordance with U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and industry-specific accounting standards. Michael has extensive knowledge with entities in excess of $500 million in assets and $250 million in annually recurring revenues. Michael has also assisted companies with pre-IPO and post-IPO assurance needs.

A proud graduate of Texas Tech University and a Certified Public Accountant, Michael is also actively engaged in the accounting community. He serves as the Vice President of the Austin Society of Council of Petroleum Accountant Societies (COPAS) and is a member of both the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, Austin chapter, and the American Society of Certified Public Accountants, Austin chapter.
